About Us

About Us: This is a picture of Pastor Jordon and his wife, Kim.

Here is a little about us. Charlie Jordon is originally from Arkansas where he lived as a full-time evangelist. He moved to Tennessee and then to Colorado where he met his wife, Kim, in 1986. While in Colorado, he served in the positions of State Youth Director, State Secretary, and as a pastor in Montrose. In 2003, the couple moved to Texas for a “temporary” stay. He was to help his mother and step-father, Robert Persinger, who was at that time the pastor of Harvest Time Church. But God had other plans. Pastor Jordon served as assistant pastor of the church until the sudden passing of Pastor Persinger in April of 2008. That was the beginning of Charlie Jordon’s tenure as pastor of the great flock at Harvest Time Church. Pastor Jordon and Kim have been married for 35 years and have 7 children and 8 grandchildren.

Harvest Time Pentecostal Church has a small congregation with a big heart of love. We still sing from the hymnals for congregational worship. We also anoint the sick with oil and gather around the altars to pray. As an old-fashioned church, we understand the importance of fellowship. The ladies group has a Saturday morning Bible study via Zoom at 10 AM and an active prayer line for encouragement and support any time. The men meet to study the Bible in person on Thursday evenings at 6 PM. Children’s church is provided for Sunday morning service.
